Official Cambridge English Certificate Award Ceremony 2026

Every autumn, at Novacadèmia we experience one of the most special and exciting moments of the year: the official Cambridge English certificate award ceremony. It is the moment to celebrate the effort, perseverance and dedication of our students, who see how all the work done over months becomes an official recognition of their English level.

After the preparation, classes and exams, the long-awaited moment arrives for students, families and teachers: receiving the certificate that validates the knowledge acquired and opens new academic and professional opportunities.

A very special edition for Novacadèmia

This year’s ceremony will take place on Monday, 26 October 2026, at 7 p.m., at our centre in Caldes de Montbui, located at carrer Major, 34.

This edition will be especially significant, as we will celebrate the awarding of certificates to students who sat the official Cambridge English exams between June and September 2026. In addition, we reach an important milestone for our centre: the highest number of students registered for official Cambridge English exams in a single academic year.

More than 40 students, accompanied by their families and friends, are invited to share this celebration with the entire Novacadèmia team.

Two voices that represent our values

This year we will have two speakers who will offer complementary perspectives on the importance of training, official certification and student support.

On one hand, Mireia López, Head of Support Exam Day Experience, representing our examination centre, Exams Catalunya, will share her professional experience regarding the official exam process and the journey candidates follow until obtaining their Cambridge English qualification.

On the other hand, Natàlia Balaguer, Manager, Founder and Teacher at Novacadèmia, will present the centre’s vision, the evolution of the project and the fundamental role families and teachers play in students’ academic progress.

The participation of both highlights the collaboration between Novacadèmia and Exams Catalunya, as well as the shared commitment to quality preparation and a positive experience for candidates.

Much more than a certificate: celebrating effort and progress

For some students, this certificate will be their first major academic recognition. For others, it will represent a new milestone in a journey they have already begun to build with perseverance and determination.

Regardless of their starting point, they all share the same satisfaction: seeing that effort is rewarded and that their learning translates into tangible results.

At Novacadèmia, we believe that learning English goes far beyond acquiring linguistic knowledge. It also means gaining confidence, overcoming personal and academic challenges and preparing for a future with more opportunities.

That is why this ceremony is not just a diploma award event. It is a way to publicly acknowledge our students’ work, thank families for their trust and highlight the dedication of our teaching team.

Each certificate represents a story of effort, improvement and growth. And we are delighted to celebrate it together.
