Not all students learn at the same pace or achieve the same results from one term to the next. What really matters is each student’s individual progress compared with their previous terms.

To measure it, we combine activities, projects and exercises within a continuous assessment programme, with a final level test at the end of the course. This test also determines whether the student has fully mastered the content of the level they have studied and is ready to move up a level, and whether, with some specific preparation only, they can sit the official exam for that level.

Based on all this, the teacher analyses each student’s progress and we send out 3 reports, one per term, in which the student or their family can see, on a cumulative basis and skill by skill, their progress and the level achieved within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

In addition to the termly reports, both the student and their family, in the case of underage students.
