NOVACADÈMIA CORPORATE ® It offers a comprehensive service to public institutions that manage training services in the following areas:
- Occupational Training
- Entrepreneurship Training
- Commercial Training
Since our beginnings, we have designed numerous training programs for different organizations and groups of students. Today, we continue to work intensively to ensure that the content of our training programs remains aligned with the new market needs, satisfying both the institutions themselves and the participants.
Below, we offer a summary of our activity in the areas of occupational training, entrepreneurship, and commercial training.
Occupational Training:
Since its inception, NOVACADÈMIA CORPORATE® has made a clear commitment to occupational training to meet the educational needs of professionals who are unemployed in specific training areas and to provide a high-quality service to the various administrations and institutions that manage this demand-driven service.
The current socioeconomic reality has led many professionals to face difficulties in re-entering the labor market or doing so under very precarious conditions.
For this reason, occupational training should be approached as a way to develop basic skills and competencies with multiple objectives, but primarily as a tool for accessing and remaining in the labor market.
For our trainers, and in line with our philosophy, it is very important first to understand the profile of the students or participants and what they expect to achieve by the end of the course.
For this reason, a preliminary meeting is always held with the person responsible for the service to gather this information. During this meeting, a draft of the materials and a timing plan outlining the allocation of time and the order of content is presented.
During the training, we provide a brief introduction to the participants, explaining the planned content, the organization of the timing, and breaking the ice to create, from the very beginning, an atmosphere of trust and participation that is maintained throughout the entire training program.
Student participation is fundamental and is the most effective way to ensure that the content is being learned and that participants are capable of applying it in scenarios posed by the trainer.
In our courses, we use various techniques to achieve this goal, such as group dynamics, role plays, and the study of real cases.
We also incorporate videos directly related to the content and analyze improvement opportunities by applying the theoretical concepts learned earlier.
We work through positive reinforcement as part of coaching, identifying each participant’s strengths and raising their awareness of them, showing how to maximize their potential.
At the end of the training, we analyze the feedback collected throughout the course and the results of the surveys. We prepare a comprehensive report for the contracting organization, which includes:
- Level of achievement of the planned overall and specific objectives
- Organization and structuring of the content
- Suitability of the content to the students’ profiles
- Any recommendations or opportunities for improvement in future similar courses
For long training programs, reports are provided periodically.
All course materials (presentations, videos, related supplementary materials, etc.) are delivered to the contracting organization in digital format so they can be distributed to participants, both prior to the course and afterward if additional materials are used during the training.
The average satisfaction rating achieved in occupational training over recent years has been 9.7 out of 10.
Entrepreneurship Training:
Without a doubt, it is one of the most in-demand services in the market and meets the needs of a growing group of professionals who leverage their creativity and know-how to create a product or service that must find its place in a highly fragmented and competitive market. The challenge is therefore significant, but very interesting and motivating.
For public institutions providing entrepreneurship services, we offer a range of training programs that focus particularly on marketing, sales, leadership skills, and business languages.
The service is aimed both at professionals who have already started their entrepreneurial activities and at those who have an idea or project and want to achieve a preparatory level to launch their project with greater chances of success.
All training programs in this group are highly practical and perfectly tailored to the participants’ needs, who show, now more than ever, a strong interest in learning and clarifying their doubts.
As with occupational training, we place great importance on understanding the participants’ prior knowledge, their entrepreneurial projects, what they already know, and what they want to learn or improve. This allows us to design and customize the training content and source additional materials that best suit their needs and expectations.
Classes are delivered in a very practical format, with high student participation in tasks and continuous information exchange between trainer and participants. Often, at the participants’ request, real cases are analyzed in groups, from which conclusions and proposals are drawn.
As in a business game, throughout the course, risks are assessed, improvement proposals are made, viability is analyzed, and decisions are taken, applying theoretical content immediately in practice.
At the end of the training, the trainer evaluates the results through two indicators: participant feedback during the course and the satisfaction survey results of the service or NOVACADÈMIA CORPORATE®. Based on this feedback and the trainer’s own observations, a final report is prepared that includes an analysis of the achievement of the initial objectives, both overall and specific, an assessment of the suitability of the content and the organization of timing, and any recommendations for improvement for future training programs.
The average satisfaction rating obtained in entrepreneurship training this year has been 9.6 out of 10.
Commercial Training:
The third training specialty of NOVACADÈMIA CORPORATE® in the field of public institution training is commercial training (for physical and/or virtual points of sale).
The training needs of professionals managing a business or store, as well as their teams, are growing and represent one of the most in-demand training areas today.
Through commerce services offered by Town Halls or Consortia, different strategies are proposed to stimulate commerce and support merchants in all possible areas.
