NOVACADÈMIA is a training and coaching service for individuals and companies, aimed at developing and optimizing people’s competencies and skills in a competitive and highly dynamic environment.

NOVACADÈMIA offers a differentiated service because it works exclusively with expert and specialized professionals, personalizes training according to the needs of each person or group of people, explores and develops basic competencies and skills with flexibility, listening to the student and orienting ourselves toward them.
At NOVACADÈMIA, we are a big family where we like to maintain direct and close contact with all our students, and this is surely one of the keys to our success. For us, our greatest satisfaction is our students’ satisfaction with the services we provide. For this reason, we believe that our company offers added value to all our services, which we like to highlight.
Before starting any course, we hold an informational meeting with the school, the parents’ association (AMPA), and the parents of future students. In this session, we inform parents about the courses, the new features of the current year, and all our services. In addition, throughout the entire course we are available to our students and clients through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Our field of action is broad, and this gives us a privileged view of needs. We work for small companies as well as multinationals, for town councils and county councils, for individuals from different towns, and we provide services to various parents’ associations (AMPAs) and institutions.
At the same time, we are an active part of internationally recognized projects such as CHANGE DISLEXIA, and we are in contact with universities, research programs, degree internships, exchanges, etc.
We are an Official Cambridge English Centre and also an Organizing Centre for Subsidized Training for companies, associated with the Fundación Tripartita, under the Ministry of Employment.
We apply everything we see and learn to all our activities and services and take advantage of every opportunity to offer added value to our students.
We have a permanent secretarial and student support service from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon.
Our internal systems allow us to manage information before, during, and after classes, acting efficiently in the face of any unforeseen situation.
In both in-person and virtual classes, all students have private access to a virtual campus from which they have direct contact with their teacher, access to all assigned activities as tasks, follow-up on the corrections of their work and projects, and, especially important, access to all course materials.
For NOVACADÈMIA, it is very important to ensure that students are learning correctly, as well as to identify their specific performance in different competencies.
For this reason, each student receives a report at the end of each term, with the third report being more extensive and including the results of an official level test for languages and a competency test for academic reinforcement services. The reports are designed based on the European competency model.
Initial level test: Students in any discipline take an initial level test to understand their competencies, strengths, and needs. The level test service is free for already enrolled students.
End-of-term level test: At the end of the course, an official language test (Cambridge English, Institut Français, Goethe Institut) is administered to obtain objective information about the level at which the student has finished the school year, within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
When a new student begins foreign language classes mid-course within a group that started at the beginning of the year, a level test is administered to determine if they can fit into the current group level they are assigned to.
NOVACADÈMIA advises students regarding their participation in official Cambridge English exams. We accompany students to the exams and interpret the results. Our pass rate in official exams is over 95%.
