THE IMPORTANCE OF AN INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED METHOD
Learning the English language is not a short-term project, but rather requires consistency to consolidate a good foundation that allows us to progress in a solid and efficient way. Currently, there are many methods for learning English, but very few show objective results and obtain international recognition from numerous public and private entities, governments, and other institutions.
Therefore, achieving certifiable English in the future is only obtained through learning that follows global criteria, established by experts and that guarantees a homogeneous command of the language in all its competencies. Additionally, a quality method must comply with the requirements set by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the international standard that defines language competence. It is used worldwide to define students’ language skills on a scale of English levels from A1, a basic level of English, to C2, for those who master English in an exceptional way. This makes CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH examinations easy to understand for anyone involved in language teaching and assessment, both for English teachers and for students. It also helps educational institutions and companies to easily compare these official English qualifications and tests with other types of examinations in our country.
Below we show you the diagram that displays all the levels we offer within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:
