      Any company that contributes for its employees under the General Social Security Scheme has a quota to fund employee training. For example, companies with 1 to 5 employees have \u20ac420 annually for training, an amount that increases depending on the number of employees and the contributions made to Social Security during the previous fiscal year.<\/p>

      The advantage of this system, regulated by Royal Decree 395\/2007 of March 23, 2007, is that it facilitates the development of training programs tailored to the company\u2019s needs and fully personalized.<\/p>
