Benefits of Subsidized Training for Companies
Subsidized training is training that companies can offset through their monthly contributions to Social Security.
The funds that finance this system come from the collection of the professional training quota paid to Social Security, contributions from the European Social Fund, and specific allocations established in the budget of the State Public Employment Service.
The regulatory body for Subsidized Training is the Fundación Tripartita for Training in Employment.
Novacadèmia Serveis Formatius S.L. is an Authorized Organizer of Subsidized Training and is officially recognized as such by the Fundación Tripartita.
The benefits of Subsidized Training are:
- Customization of training programs according to the business and the strategy of each company
- Adjustment of training schedules and duration based on the company’s needs
- Accessible to all companies, from microenterprises to large multinationals
- Full or partial subsidy depending on the number of employees
- Simple administrative management and directly deductible by the company
The only requirements to qualify for Subsidized Training are:
- Having a workplace established in Spain
- Being up to date with payments to the Tax Agency and Social Security
- Having active employees under contract
How do we manage it?
Any company that contributes for its employees under the General Social Security Scheme has a quota to fund employee training. For example, companies with 1 to 5 employees have €420 annually for training, an amount that increases depending on the number of employees and the contributions made to Social Security during the previous fiscal year.
The advantage of this system, regulated by Royal Decree 395/2007 of March 23, 2007, is that it facilitates the development of training programs tailored to the company’s needs and fully personalized.
Self-employed workers registered under the General Social Security Scheme can also benefit from it.
How does it work?
How does it work?
The company must pay the invoice for the training at the agreed cost with Novacadèmia, which can later be fully or partially subsidized from the Social Security payments for the month following the completion of the training, always before the end of the current year.
It is very important that the company providing your training is familiar with the procedures and regulations set by the Fundación Tripartita to ensure the correct management of the subsidy, thus avoiding potential issues for the client receiving the training.
Documentation
NOVACADÈMIA takes care of managing all the course documentation, a key and certainly complex aspect of subsidized training.
From the communication of the training program to attendance tracking, course certificates, quality surveys, and closure reporting, all steps are mandatory and must be managed within the required timeframe and in the appropriate manner.
